The blades do two things. They turn like a bioclimatic roof, then glide back along the rails and stack at one end, leaving the terrace open to the sky.
A specially designed double rail lets a single roof open up to 8.5 metres. Several modules join on shared rails, so about half as many posts and beams are in view.
