Guillotine glass
Glass that rises and lowers on its own.

Glass panels that move straight up and down by remote control. Open, they stack out of the way and take no room on the balcony. Closed, they seal the space against rain, wind and noise. The lowest panel doubles as the balcony railing.
It is designed to be cleaned safely. Put the panels in cleaning mode and wipe both sides from the inside, with no leaning out and no ladder. A moving handrail profile keeps fingers from being trapped.
